    Brustkorb:<\/strong> Legen Sie die Handfl\u00e4che auf die linke Schulter Ihres Babys und lassen Sie sie bis zur rechten H\u00fcfte hinuntergleiten. Wechseln Sie sich mit der anderen Seite ab (von der rechten Schulter zur linken H\u00fcfte) und wiederholen Sie diese beiden Bewegungen mehrere Male.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Arme: <\/strong>Wie bei den Beinen wird eine Hand um den Arm gelegt und von der Achselh\u00f6hle zum Handgelenk gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Die H\u00e4nde:<\/strong> Massieren Sie die Handfl\u00e4che Ihres Babys in kleinen, kreisenden Bewegungen mit dem Daumen, gehen Sie dann zu den Fingerspitzen und dehnen Sie diese. Massieren Sie dann die andere Hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    R\u00fccken:<\/strong> Drehen Sie Ihr Baby sanft auf den Bauch. Wie bei der Brustmassage streichen Sie mit der Hand vom linken Schulterblatt zum rechten Ges\u00e4\u00df und dann vom rechten Schulterblatt zum linken Ges\u00e4\u00df.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
